balancing act

It's been an interesting few months, lots has happened since my last blog.

In this image I can see light and life reflected back from the depths of a dark well.

Finding ways to make work and thrive is bringing light to the darkness of living with MS.

I'm working on two stained glass panels to go between a shower room and a conservatory. I took the the design to show the client, and looked at the the to-scale drawings in situ. My task is to get a balance between retaining the brilliance of the light through coloured glass and the required need for privacy.

Now with all the glass cut I've been at The Creative Glass studios using their sand blasting facilities to reduce the transparency of some sections, while also introducing some added subtle texture and pattern.
